Delete Your Thanksmam Account

At Thanksmam, users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To delete your Thanksmam account, please follow any one of the methods below:

Option 1: Request by Email

Send an email to:

info@thanksmam.in

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please include the following details:

Full Name
Registered Mobile Number
Registered Email Address, if any
Reason for deletion, optional

Option 2: From the App

Open the Thanksmam App
Go to Profile / Account Settings
Select Delete Account or Request Account Deletion
Submit your request

Data that will be deleted

Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the following data linked to your account:

Name
Mobile number
Email address
Saved addresses
Profile information
Service preferences
App usage data linked to your account
Support communication linked to your account, where deletion is legally permitted

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes. This may include:

Transaction records
Invoices
Payment records
Completed service booking records
Refund records
Complaint or dispute records
Security and fraud-prevention logs

Such data will be retained only for as long as required under applicable law or legitimate business requirements.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 working days after successful verification.

After account deletion, you may lose access to your booking history, saved addresses, offers, rewards, and other account-related benefits.
